Katie Fredricksen |
Katie's work focuses on transforming organizations through their most important asset - their people. With over 25 years of experience as a facilitator, consultant and coach, Katie has worked with individuals and teams to engage in courageous conversations, strengthen critical thinking skills and build trust.
As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, she helps people develop the courage-building skills necessary to lead in an increasingly complex world. Katie is a possibility thinker with a direct, warm and authentic style, enabling her to build trust quickly. She uses her natural curiosity, intuition and humor to engage her clients and help them to become brave leaders. She has worked across many industries including healthcare, finance, technology, manufacturing, higher education, pharmaceutical, non-profits and more. Born and raised in Hawaii, Katie moved to California to attend Stanford University where her passion for understanding people and cultures led her to pursue a B.A. in Anthropology. She later paired her interest in personal development and self-expression to obtain an M.A. in Psychology / Dramatherapy from The California Institute of Integral Studies. Katie is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, and holds certifications in The Birkman Method Assessment, The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and an Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. |
John Arnold |
John focuses on the Art of Leadership. He takes a unique and customized approach to executive coaching and consulting that has had world-wide impact. He has spent the last 20 years deepening his extensive learnings from his own executive leadership journey and turning them into best practices that help leaders and organizations get to the next level.
Articulate and creative, John uses his instinct, leadership skills, and experiences to challenge individuals and organizations to define themselves and then achieve their personal and professional goals. John excels in the application of executive coaching, leadership development, and team alignment. In addition, John has designed, delivered, and facilitated strategic planning retreats, team chartering and alignment work, and organizational change programs. John is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. He also holds certifications in various assessment instruments. He is a contract coach and member of the global coaching team at The Ken Blanchard Company as well as several other global coaching organizations. |

Holly O'Hern (she/her/hers) brings 17 years of corporate workplace experience to the way she develops courageous, DEI-intentional leaders. With passions in building community, engagement & belonging, mental health & therapy, non-profit / volunteerism, inter-generational strength, and harnessing technology for good - she commits to hosting workshops that are customized, fun, and experiential.
Holly is a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, holds a Cornell University Diversity & Inclusion certificate, and is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a Certified DiSC Facilitator, and a Certified Gallup Engagement Champion. |

Tiffany works behind the scenes as an Executive Assistant to help everything flow seamlessly. She supports our clients and business in various ways including; client communication, technical support for workshops and virtual sessions, special projects, web content and more.
During her leadership experience as a manager at an Animal Hospital, Tiffany discovered her true passion - developing people and teams. She enjoyed spending her time focusing on team building, team morale, and promoting a positive work culture. She is excited to bring her skills, passion and dedication to this work. |
